Beta for Google Play Games for PC is released
Nov 11, 2022
Google Play Games has announced beta testing in new areas. Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil are the current countries where the platform is accessible. Residents of these countries can download the PC beta version to play mobile games.
Mobile gamers must use third-party emulators to play games on a PC nowadays; Google Play Games enables them to do so straight from the Play Store.
A PC program called Google Play Games allows you to search for, download, and play Android mobile games on Windows. Users use the keyboard and mouse to play games and earn Google Play Points. All devices are in sync with the progress. For macOS, the Google Play Games app is not currently accessible.
Players may earn Google Play Points for purchases, including subscriptions and in-app items. Points may be accumulated and used in the same manner on a computer as they can on a mobile device.
Over the past few months, the catalog has been updated with games such as 1945 Air Force, Asphalt 9: Legends, Blade Idle, BotWorld Adventure, Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Cookie Run: Kingdom, Arknights, Evony: The King’s Return, Horizon Chase — Arcade Racing, Pirates of the Caribbean: ToW, Rise of Kingdoms: Lost Crusade, Ronin: The Last Samurai, State of Survival: Zombie War, Summoners War and more. There are more than 40 games available, and the number keeps rising.
The following minimal specifications must be accomplished by the machine to enable Google Play Games:
Windows 10 version 2004;
Solid State Drive (SSD);
Gaming graphics processor;
Eight logical CPU cores;
8 GB of RAM;
20 GB of free space;
Hardware virtualization enabled.
